Ingredients

  • 1/2ke. g methi (clean, wash, finally chopped)
  • 6,7potato (clean, wash, cube, cut)
  • 2,3red chilli
  • 9,10garlic (finally chopped)
  • In pinch hing
  • To tastesalt
  • 1green chilli (finally chopped)
  • 1 spoonmusterd oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadhai, add oil and garlic, chilli, hing and burn it.

  2. 2

    Add methi, allu, salt and cover the kadiea 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    After 15 minutes burn and soak extra water.

  4. 4

    Now, ready to eat with chapatti.
