Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh methi
  • 1 cupfresh palak
  • 1 cupbesan
  • as per tasteSalt
  • Pinchsoda
  • 3-4green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram Masala
  • 1 tbsphot oil
  • Oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak methi for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add besan methi and palak

  3. 3

    Mixwell add green chilli

  4. 4

    Add salt coriander powder and garam Masala

  5. 5

    Mix well

  6. 6

    Add soda and hot oil

  7. 7

    Heat oil in kadai and make a pakoda

  8. 8

    Serve with chutney
