Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlcooked rice
  2. 1 cupchicken Either boneless or with bone small
  3. 1 tbspgarlic ginger paste
  4. 2chilli slit
  5. 1 cupdahi
  6. 2large fine slice onion
  7. 1tomato
  8. 1 tbspeverest kashmiri lal
  9. 1 tspturmeric
  10. 1 tbspeverest biryani masala
  11. 2 tbspkesar milk
  12. 1 tbspghee
  13. as neededcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Make normal chapati dough that enough to cover clay pot. And soak clay pot in water for 1 hour atleast.

    Heat pan and add oil in it and finely chopped onion amd cook it till it become brown. Keep few in oil and take some for garnishing.

    Now add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, tomato and cook it till it become sogy.

    Now add lal mirch powder, turmeric, biryani masala and mix it. Add chicken pieces, dahi and salt ant let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Now take clay pot out of water. Layer rice curry rice. Add kesan milk and fried onion. Pour 1 tbsp of ghee. And cover it with either dough or foil. Cook it for 20 mins on 180. Garnish it with coriander.
