1green pepper(diced)
1red pepper(diced)
1yellow pepper(diced)
1garlic clove(crushed)
400gtin of mixed vegetable and curry
6grated carrots
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoonbarbecue spice
1\2cup olive oil

In a pot heat oil and fry onion, garlic,green,red and yellow pepper
2

Add spices and stir them add carrots and mixed vegetable and curry tin then stir well and leave to simmer until it's then switch off the stove and let it cool

Can be served with braai pap and meat
