Ingredients

  4. 1Chopped (In pieces) capsicum -
  5. -1 bowl smallChopped (In pieces) cauliflower
  6. -1Chopped (In pieces) potato
  7. - 1/2 bowl smallBoiled peas
  8. 2 tspGinger garlic paste -
  9. 2Finely chopped tomato -
  10. To tasteSalt,
  11. to tastered chilli powder,
  12. to taste turmeric powder,
  13. to tastegaram masala
  14. 2 TbspCurd -
  15. 10-15 piecesFried cashew -
  16. as neededOil
  17. 1Badi elachi -
  18. 1Dalchini
  19. 2Laung -
  20. 2Elachi
  21. - 1 tspnKasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice. Then prepare jeera rice.

  2. 2

    Deep fry capsicum, cauliflower, potato,carrot keep aside

  3. 3

    In pan take oil then add badi elaichi, dalchini, laung, elachi, kasuri methi. Then add onion after 5 min ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    After sometimes add tomato. Then add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, garam masala

  5. 5

    Then add curd and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add fried vegetables, peas and cashew.

  7. 7

    Lastly add jeera rice. Veg biryani is ready to serve.
