Cook rice. Then prepare jeera rice.

Deep fry capsicum, cauliflower, potato,carrot keep aside

In pan take oil then add badi elaichi, dalchini, laung, elachi, kasuri methi. Then add onion after 5 min ginger garlic paste.

After sometimes add tomato. Then add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, garam masala

Then add curd and mix well.

Add fried vegetables, peas and cashew.

Lastly add jeera rice. Veg biryani is ready to serve.
