Ingredients

About 10 servings
  • About 1 pound red beans (1 package)
  • 1/2 cupdried lotus seeds
  • 1/2 cupblack glutinous rice
  • 1/2 cupskinned peanuts
  • Brown sugar to taste

Steps

    Wash all the ingredients thoroughly, place them in the slow cooker, add water until it's 80% full, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.

  2. 2

    After 8 hours, add brown sugar to taste, and let it soak on the warm setting for at least 30 minutes to allow the ingredients to fully absorb the sweetness. Enjoy.
