Ingredients

  • Linguiça either spicy or mild - sliced in angles
  • 1Large onion sliced in circles
  • 1/2of a Green Pepper sliced
  • 1Red Pepper sliced
  • to tasteGarlic powder
  • 1/2 cupolive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 cupor white wine or beer
  • 1small can of tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a pan. Cover and cook on medium heat 20 - 30 minutes. Stir occasionally so it doesn’t stick.
