Palanga Dalma / palak cooked with dal & veggies
This recipe is a very healthy one..

Wash and soak the arhar dal for 1 hours.

Take the dal, pumpkin cubes, potato cubes and all veggies along with salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker. Cook for 1 whistle on high flame.

Open the lid..Then add palak /spinach to the and again cook it for 1 more whistle.

Now switch off the flame. Let it cool completely.

Heat ghee in the wok. Add broken red chilli and panchphutorn seeds. Hing, grated ginger, onion. Pour the spluttering mix over the contents of the pressure cooker.

Put the mixture back on medium flame. Add the jeera-lanka gunda. Simmer for 2 mins.

Serve hot with Rice /rotis/puri/paratha.
