Steps

Take a pan add til dry roast it till it golden brown.

Take another pan add ghee then add gur and 2tablespoons water melt it completely on low flame.

Cook syrup for 3_4 min.

Add til, almonds and cardamom powder mix it well

Grease your palm with water then make ball from the mixture.

Til Gur Gazak is ready to serve.
