Ingredients

  • 1 pintsgrape tomatoes
  • 1/2onion
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1jalapeño, seeded
  • 1/4celery stick
  • 2baby carrots
  • 1beef stock to max line
  • 1 canorganic tomato paste
  • 1 canrinsed black beans
  • 1 lborganic ground beef
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend first 7 ingredients in Nutribullet.

  2. 2

    Brown beef.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients except beans to crockpot.

  4. 4

    Cook on low for 6 hours.

    Add beans and cook for 20 minutes.

    Serve with tortilla chips and plain Greek yogurt.

    You may need to tweak the spices to your liking.
