Turkey Gravy
My uncles recipe from when I was a kid.
Cooking Instructions

Place giblets &neck into pan with onion &celery &pepper &gravy mix.

Pour broth over gravy mix

Over medium low heat simmer 30 minutes

Remove turkey liver & discard
- 5
Simmer 2&1/2 more hours

Remove giblets &discard &neck
- 7
Strain into pain removing all vegetables

When turkey is done, pour drippings into pan not fat.

Whisk in flour,and milk til smooth into stock.

Simmer til done & consistency is desired.
