Saute onions, garlic and red pepper in olive oil and butter.

Add flour, mix thoroughly.

Over low heat, add cream slowly.

Add cheese, nutmeg, artichokes, and spinach. Mix well.

Pour into medium-size caserole dish. Top with additional parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes.
