  1. 2Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  2. 1 tbspLime Juice
  3. 1 tbspPeanut Butter
  4. 1/2 tbspCurry Powder
  5. 1/2 tbspMango Chutney
  6. 1 tbspMayonaise
  7. 1 tbspSweet Chili sauce
  8. 1 cupRice
  9. 4 cupWater
  10. 4Spring Onions
  11. 1 cupSweetcorn
  12. 1 tbspOlive Oil
  13. 1salt & Pepper
  14. 2Jasmin Teabags

    Mix lime juice, peanut butter,curry powder, mango chutney, Mayonaise & sweet chili in a dish

  2. 2

    Cover chicken with marinade, & put in fridge for 2hrs

  3. 3

    Cook on top of halogen oven 175 for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Add1 cup of rice to pan with 4 cups of boiling water

  5. 5

    Add 4 chopped spring onions, & 1 cup of sweetcorn. Add salt & pepper & 2 jasmin teabags.

  6. 6

    Bring rice to boil & simmer for 30 minutes until all of the water has been absorbed
