Cooking Instructions

Sieve flour into a clean bowl add salt, baking powder and Margarine. Rub everything in thoroughly.

Add egg and water and knead. Set this aside and make the filling.

Wash meat into a clean pot season well and boil. Dice Irish and carrot pour into meat to cook.

When meat is soft allow to cool and blend.preheat pan pour oil, onion,blended beef,Irish and carrot stir fry for few minutes.

Make a thin flour paste, pour into the filling as thickener.

Knead dough to a thin flat rap place on the meatpie cutter add one spoon of your filling rub egg wash made from one egg around the edge and close the cutter to seal it and give you the meatpie shape.

After cutting all meatpie arrange them in an oven tray, make a milk wash with one spoon of milk and water.

Rub milk wash on the surface afterwards apply egg wash.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
