  1. 500 gramsChicken or Beef
  2. 1 tspHot Chilli Powder
  3. 1 tspTumeric
  4. 1 tspGround Corriander
  5. 1 tspGround Ginger
  6. 6Cardimum Pods
  7. 12Cloves
  8. 2 tspGaram Masala
  9. 3 tbspFlour
  10. 4 tbspOil
  11. 1Bay Leaf
  12. 2Chicken Stock Cubes
  13. 675 mlWater
  14. 4 cloveof Garlic (Minced)

  1. 1

    Brown the chicken (or Beef) in the oil and place in the crock pot on a low heat.

  2. 2

    Mix Chilli, Flour, Tumeric, Corriander, Ginger and Garam Masala in a bowl with about 75ml of water to form a paste.

  3. 3

    Add the paste to crock pot and cover meat in paste, ensuring complete coverage, crumble over the stoc? cubes and add the Bay, Garlic, Cardimum and Cloves.

  4. 4

    Cover the meat with 600ml of cold water and mix thoroughly. Cook on a low heat for six hours or until the meat is at a crumbling texture.

  5. 5

    Serve over Pilau Rice and enjoy!
