Steps

Cut all the vegetables into medium sized pieces and sprinkle with salt.Set aside.

Boil the Rajma seeds and set aside.

Boil and unpeel the potatoes.

Grind together the sea same and pumpkin seeds alongwith the green CHILLI and water into a smooth paste.

Add ciba ke ashmiri Mirch Masala into the paste and mix together.

Mix saffron with milk and set aside.

Heat ghee in a karai and add to it cloves cardamom sauff and ciba hing.

As the masala start smelling put the vegetables into the Karzai and stir fry turning frequently.

When the vegetables become tender add rajma seeds and potatoes. Then add the paste of sea same and pumpkin seeds.Fry thoroughly adding water from time to time on a low flame.At times cover the karai.

As the vegetables get almost cooked add the saffroned milk and cover the karai for 5-7minutes more adding salt and sugar therewith.

Remove from the flame and serve hot topping up with cashews raisins and almond powder
