Steps

Make powder of oats.Mix besan,oats and rice flour together.

Mix all spices, curd and baking soda in the flour.

Make a firm dough.

With the oil in hands divide the dough in equal portions.Make cylindrical rolls.

Steam them in a greased and covered seive for 30 mins on medium flame.

Cool them.Cut slices.

Take oil in a wok.Heat it up.Add mustard seeds,curry leaves, dry red chilli and sesame seeds.Let them splutter.

Add in and Shallow fry all the muthias on slow heat for five mins.

Sprinkle chaat masaala over muthias and serve with chutney or sauce.

Steamed muthias can be kept in the fridge for 10 - 12 days.Whenever you want to eat just take out and temper them with spices in oil.
