  1. 1 lbpork tenderloin
  2. 2 1/2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  3. 2 tspsoy sauce
  4. 1 tbspcornstarch
  5. 3 tbspketchup
  6. 3 tbspsugar
  7. 3 tbsppeanut or vegetable oil
  8. 3 clovegarlic, minced
  9. 2carrots
  10. 3scallions
  11. 3 cupsnow peas

    Toss the pork with a half tablespoon vinegar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons vinegar the silly sauce corn starch catch up 3 tablespoons sugar third cup water and half teaspoon salt in another bowl. Heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. On the porch and slowly stir until it turns off mostly opaque about 2 minutes. Remove the pork with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate. Discard the oil and wipe out the skillet. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon peanut oil in a skillet, then stir fry the garlic with a pinch each of salt and sugar for 15 seconds. At the carrots and scallions and stir fry until crisp tender, for 2 minutes. Add the pork, snow peas and soy sauce mixture; stir until the pork is cooked through and the sauce is the thickened, about 3 minutes
