Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 3 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs
  2. 3eggs, beaten
  3. 1 tbspeach garlic pwdr, salt, pepper, chili powder
  4. 2 cupcrushed ritz© crackers garlic butter flavor
  5. 2 cupflour
  6. marinara sauce
  7. 28 ozcan crushed tomato
  8. 514 oz cans diced tomato
  9. 2chicken bouillon cubes
  10. 2beef bouillon cubes
  11. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  12. 2 tbspbutter
  13. 1 tbspolive oil
  14. 1 1/2 tspeach, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, chili powder
  15. 1 tspeach, dried mustard, salt, pepper
  16. 2 tbspsugar
  17. 1 1/2 cupred wine
  18. 4 clovecrushed garlic
  19. 1/2 cupquality parmesan cheese, grated
  20. pasta
  21. 2boxes linguini, cooked
  22. 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  23. 1 tspeach, dried basil, dried parsley, dried oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    start with the sauce. add all the tomatoes to a large sauce pot. slowly bring to a simmer on med low heat.

    add bouillon vinegar oil butter sugar and spices

  3. 3

    simmer for an hour. stir frequently

  4. 4

    add wine garlic and parmesan. simmer 15 more minutes

    heat a large pot of boiling water for noodles. add salt and oil to the pot and cook noodles al dente

  6. 6

    meanwhile heat deep fryer

  7. 7

    when noodles are done wash with hot water in a colander. return to pot. add olive oil and seasonings and toss noodles to coat

  8. 8

    put flour and cracker crumbs in seperate bowls. in another bowl beat eggs.and add a tbs of milk.

  9. 9

    add seasonings to cracker crumbs. dip chicken in flour, then egg, then cracker crumbs. press crumbs into chicken. fry at 340°F until deep golden brown and chicken is done

    plate noodles. top noodles with chicken. coved with sauce. top with more grated parmesan. serve and enjoy

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
