
Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

I'm seriously just entering this recipe because i wasn't able to find it here, but found it elsewhere online.
Cooking Instructions

Cut mozzarella cheese into 3/4 inch cubes. Store in fridge while prepping the meat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat, milk, eggs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, and bread crumbs. Mix together.

From your mix, make golf ball sized meatballs. Once rolled, add a mozzarella cube and form the meatball around the cube.

Once all your meatballs are created and filled with cheese, pour tomato sauce into your crock pot enough to cover the bottom. Arrange a layer of meatballs and add more sauce. Keep doing this until all meatballs and sauce are in the crock pot.

Set your crock pot to high gor 2-2 1/2 hours. As long as your meatballs were golfball sized, you shouldn't need to adjust the time to cook very much.
