  1. 1/2ripe avocado
  2. 1/4 cupplain Greek yogurt
  3. 1/2 tspgranulated garlic
  4. 1/2 tsponion powder
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tspblack ground pepper
  7. 1 tbspdill relish
  8. 2 can4 ounce high quality tuna fish
  9. 1celery stalk
  10. 1/2red onion
  11. 1/2juice from 1/2 lemon

    In a medium bowl mash together the avocado and Greek yogurt until smooth. Ar

    Stir in graduated garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and relish until combined.

  3. 3

    Stir in tuna fish, red onion, and celery until all ingredients are coated.

  4. 4

    Squeeze in lemon juice and stir.

  5. 5

    Serve on sandwich or with crackers and vegetables. This tuna salad tastes even better if you can let it for a couple of hours.
