1/2 portiona tender bottle gourd(grated)
1/2 glass milk
2 tablespoon ghee
6-7 kaju and kishmish
1/2 cup grated khoya
1/2 cup sugar
2 podscardamom
1 tablespoon dried rose petals crush

At first heat a pan add ghee and saute the grated lauki squizing out of the extra water
Now add milk and cover it for getting tender
As the lauki gets cooked add grated khoya and mix well till the whole thing dried up.

Add sugar,kaju,kishmish and mix. Switch off the heat and garnish the lauki mohonbhog with rose petal crush. Serve it cool.
