  • 250 gramsSpinach
  • 250 gramsLentils
  • 1 literVegetable Stock
  • Spices
  • 4Juniper Berries
  • 1 pinchCayenne Pepper
  • 1Bay Leaf
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1 pinchNutmeg
  • 1 pinchThyme
  • 1 pinchSalt

  1. 1

    Chop onion and garlic.

  2. 2

    Soften with oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Wash lentils and add them to the pan.

  4. 4

    Add stock and spices.

  5. 5

    Bring to boil.

  6. 6

    The turn down to a simmer.

  7. 7

    Add chopped spinach.

  8. 8

    Simmer until lentils are soft.
