500 gmbottle gourd chopped into slices
100 gmpumpkin chopped into slices
200 gmprawn
1 tbspkala jeera
2green chilli
1 tbspturmeric
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil
1 tspghee
1 tspgaram masala

Steps

Clean those prawn fishes add turmeric powder and salt and mix it well

Heat a pan add oil and deep fry those prawn
3

Add oil, prawn,Kala jeera,pumpkin,sugar,green chilli,turmeric powder salt and lau and cover it for 10mins

Saute it well
5

Garnish it ghee and garam masala and serve it hot
