Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsalmon
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 tbspsesame oil
  4. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 2 tbsprice wine vinegar
  6. 2garlic cloves, minced
  7. 2 tbsponion, minced
  8. 1/2 tbspblack pepper

  1. 1

    Place salmon in a glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients and whisk until well blended. Pour marinade over salmon, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 350. Pull salmon out of the refrigerator and let come to room temperature (about 10 minutes).

  3. 3

    Place baking dish in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes or until salmon is done and flaky.

    May be served with big side salad and/or green beans.
