  • 4 packagesSpinach
  • 1 packagesCream cheese
  • 1/2 cupSour cream
  • 1 canCream of celery
  • 2 canMarinated artichokes
  • 1 stickButter (for roux)
  • 1/3Flour (for roux)
  • 1Onion
  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • 1Milk or heavy cream
  • 3 dashCayenne pepper
  • 3 dashHot sauce
  • 1 dashGarlic powder
  • 1 dashSalt
  • 1 dashPepper
  • 1as needed Chicken stock base
  • 1as needed Vegetable stock base
  • 1 packagesParm Romano cheese
  • 1 packages8oz Monterey cheese
  • 1 packages8oz Swiss cheese
  • 1 packagesMozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Make roux with butter and flour- cool until light brown. Blend onion , garlic, milk/cream in blender until pasty. Add to roux until fragrant. Add cream cheese and soup mix. Press's moisture out of spinach. Add mix to spinach, artichokes, and rest of ingredients. Sprinkle all mozzarella cheese on top and baked until hot and bubbly at 375°F
