Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • Gramflour(besan)_1cup
  • Curd-1/4cup
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • Lemmonjuice -1/4tsp
  • Salt -to taste
  • Sugar-2-1/2tspn
  • Green chilly paste-1/4tspn
  • Grated ginger-1/4tsp
  • Corriender leaves chopped-2tspn
  • Curry leaves.-10-12
  • Rai-(mustard seeds)-1/2tsp
  • Green chilly-2_3
  • Astofodia(hing)-apinch
  • Water as per requirement
  • Eno-(fruitsalt)-1sache
  • Oil-2tspn

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl,put the gramflour

  2. 2

    Add curd,turmeric powder,1/2tspn sugar,salt,chilly paste-,ginger, astofodia, corriender leaves,mix well

  3. 3

    Add water for making smooth paste now add 1 tsp oil (paste consistency just like ribbons)

    Now add eno-,pour the mixture in greased tray

    Now placed the tray in microwave for 5_6min

    Check it by picking toothpicks or fork.If they out cleaned then cooking done

    Now we take rest of oil in tadka pan,warm oil once add curry leaves,rai-,when they crackle add rest of sugar,and water after the boiling these things we add lemmonjuice

    Pour this tadka on Dhokla, cut it into ur desired shape serve this with green chutney.
