Every time I prepared for a barbecue, I always worried about the chicken because it's the type that requires the most precision in grilling to cook well without burning. This is how I came up with an easy and 100% guaranteed method.

Steps

  1. 1

Clean the chicken pieces well, rub them with salt and vinegar, wash them with water, and make several cuts in each piece with a knife.

  2. 2

Add all the spices to them, rub well, and make sure the flavors get into the cuts made with the knife.

  3. 3

Place them in a bag and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

  4. 4

Light the charcoal and let it cool down a bit. Arrange the chicken pieces on the grill rack and grill for about ten minutes, then cover them. Repeat until all pieces are half-cooked, then repeat the process for another ten minutes.

  5. 5

This method helps them cook well without burning and keeps them tender and not burnt.

  6. 6

I hope I was able to help you with something simple from my experience. I'm sure if you try my method, you'll thank me 😘😘😘
