Ingredients

  • 400 gramspork belly
  • 3 tbspdark soya sauce
  • 2 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tbspground white pepper
  • 8 clovegarlic peeled
  • 6 sliceginger
  • 4dried mushrooms
  • 4eggs

    Slice pork belly to thin strips

  2. 2

    In a cooking pot, boil water and Pork belly. Once boiling, continue for another 5 mins then remove and drain.

  3. 3

    Add sesame oil, oyster sauce, dark soya sauce and pepper to pork belly. Mix well and let it stand marinated for 20mins.

  4. 4

    While pork is marinating, use boiled water and soak dried musgroom. Once soft, remove stem and cut them into half.

  5. 5

    In a separate pot, boil eggs to fully cooked. Once done, remove shell and set aside.

  6. 6

    After 20mins, add 500ml of water to pork and cook it over stove. Once boiled, add in mushroom and eggs. Continue to let it simmer for another 40 to 60mins or as desired.
