  2. 2whole galic
  3. leavesChopped rosemary
  4. Ginger
  5. Herbal salt

Steps

    Chop the herbs and mix them

  2. 2

    Spread the meat as shown n spread your herbs generously and salt as prefered

    Choma using open fire

    Serve while hot
