Ingredients

  1. 1 lbPork tenderloin
  2. 1/2 cupWater
  3. 1 tbspChopped garlic
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1 tspBlack pepper
  6. 1 cupBrown sugar
  7. 1/4 cupBalsamic vinegar
  8. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  9. 1 cupWater
  10. 1 tbspCornstarch

Cooking Instructions

    Place water in bottom of crockpot

  2. 2

    Rub pork tenderloin with chopped garlic, salt, and pepper

  3. 3

    Cook on high for 4-5 hours

  4. 4

    Mix brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, water, and cornstarch and cook over medium heat until thick

  5. 5

    During last hour of cook time, spread glaze over pork tenderloin every 10 minutes.
