Steps

First take all Chopped vegetables in a big bowl.

Then add corn flour and all purpose flour on that..After that add salt,haldi powder,garam masala on that.

Now mix them properly and add little water to make a soft batter like we use to make for normal pakoda.

Now heat the oil in a pan and after heating up, add 1 spoon of batter in that carefully or you can use ur hand also.And deep fry them properly from both the sides on medium flame.

After frying from both the side take them out in a paper towel.

Now ur crispy,healthy n tasty pakodas are ready for serve...Serve hot with some sliced cabbage n beet or green chutney..n enjoy😊😊
