    Peel the potatoes

    Heat oil,jeera,chilli and garlic.put alu and fry

    When golden add onion and salt

    5minutes stir and put gas flame off.cover lid.

    Your yummy,tasty alu pyaz ready to serve on table or in Tiffin box with Roti or puri or paratha
