This is a traditional healthy protein recipie . Very suitable for people with ketonic diet.
Steps

Soak the dals for two hours

Grind all the ingredients into dosa batter consistency by adding sufficient water
- 3
Pour the batter on ladle, apply oil along side flip and cook till done. Serve with butter and coconut chutney. With the measure shown in the pic I could make six dosas

Alternatively you can also add chopped chillies, onion, coriander etc
