This tomatoe stew is so on point then the boiled yam made it heavenly
Steps

Peel and slice the yam,boil with salt for 25minutes.drain the water and keep aside.

Boil the fish,with onion,salt and curry for 20minutes.

Slice the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper then pour in a pot and boil for 12minutes.

Pour in vegetable oil and stir fry for 7minutes then add the sliced onion.add the titus fish,fry for 3minutes and pour in the fish stock.

Boil for few minutes,add salt,curry and maggi cubes after 5minutes the tomatoe stew is ready.
