Ingredients

  1. 4-5Steamed idli
  2. 4 tablespoonCurd
  3. 3 teaspoondesi ghee
  4. 1 pinchCardamom powder
  5. Sugar according to your taste
  6. 1/2 cup Fruits (grapes, pomegranate, kiwi)

Cooking Instructions

    Make rice idli.
    Cut into four pieces each.
    Take curd, mix cardamom powder and sugar in it and mix well and put it in fridge to make it cool.
    Take desi ghee in a pan. Shallow fry all idlies.
    Now spread equally in a serving dish.
    Pour curd and garnish it with fruits of your choice.(I prefer pomegranate and grapes and kiwi.
