  1. 1/3yam small size boiled
  2. 1/2 kggoat offals
  3. 7scotch bonnet pepper (blended)
  4. 1/2onion bulb (blended)
  5. Handfulscent leaf sliced
  6. 3knorr cube
  7. 1 teaspoonground uziza seed
  8. 1 teaspoonpepper soup spice
  9. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Wash offals very well with salt, then boil for 20min with knorr cube and salt

  2. 2

    Then add pepper,onions,uziza seed,pepper soup spice, allow to boil for 10min

  3. 3

    Add scent leaf and stir after 2min stir.

  4. 4

    Serve boiled yam with goat offals.
