Firstly in a pan heat oil and saute cumin seeds, add onion and chopped ginger till they change colour, add tomatoes, green chilies, and all spices add mashed potatoes mix well heat off.

Take bread slices and cut the sides dip the bread slice in water just for second and squeeze off the excess water.

Place the potato stuffing and wrap with the help of both hands roll and make a shape.

Then deep fry the potato rolls till golden brown.

Serve.
