Heat the milk in a wok. Add the grated carrots. Keep it in the medium flame and stir it in between.

Check whether the grated carrots have become soft. If yes, remove it from the flame.

Heat 1.5 teaspoon of ghee in another wok, and add the chopped cashews. Stir it until it becomes light brown.

Remove the cashews.

Add the green cardamom and stir until the aroma comes out, and then add the carrot and milk mixture and stir it for a minute.

Add the sugar and mix it very well.

Stir it untill the milk evaporates and becomes half and you get a thick and tighter consistency.

Add half the grated khoya and mix it very well until it becomes dry.

Add the cashews, raisins, black cardamom powder and ghee.

Mix it very well and remove it from the flame.

Garnish it with the rest of the grated khoya and serve chilled.
