Add the seafood and white wine, let the wine evaporate, then add the fish stock and bring to a boil.

Season with salt and black pepper, add the green peas and bell pepper, and cook for a few minutes.

Add the cooked rice, stir for a few minutes to blend the flavors, adjust seasoning, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
