Steps

Take the rossogulla from it's sugar syrup and wash it in normal water for 2 to 3 times

Cut each piece into half and put it into a serving plate.

Make depression with the spoon in each of the cut rossogulla.

Mix boiled green grams, chickpeas, peas, potatoes, red chilli powder and salt together in a bowl and add it in the rossogulla.

Add tamarind chutney, curd, chaat masala, sprinkle red chilli powder and chopped green chillies over it.

Garnish with fine Sev and freshly chopped coriander and serve.
