Steps

First boiled yam in asteamer for 15mins. and peel the skin. Now grate yam and boiled pateto add peri peri masala red chilli powder salt and araa lot mix well if need water add 2-3tb.

Now take boiled peas corriender mint ginger garlic chilli paste chaat masala and salt and crush.not smooth paste

Now grate paneer cheese and add pinch salt and chilli flex mix well

Now make a ball from yam mixture and roll like chapati and spread peas mixture. and spread paneer mixture and make a roll. seal properly and coat in a bread crumbs.

Now deep fry till it turn in a golden brown colour.
