Baked Kofta with Garlic Sauce

Mix all the kofta ingredients together and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator. Shape into balls, then bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through.

For the garlic sauce: Dissolve 2 tablespoons cornstarch in 1 cup water, then add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic.
