Ingredients

  • 4Leftover Chapati (Break the chapaties in small pieces)
  • 1Chopped Onions
  • 1Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1Chopped Green Chilies
  • Lemon Juice as Required
  • 1/2 CupFresh/Frozen Green Peas
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tbspMustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tbspCumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tbspCoriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 tspChopped Green Coriander Leaves for Garnish
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Oil in a pan.Add mustard and cumin Seeds to it.
    Once mustard seeds starts crackling, add chopped Potatoes to it and cook it with a covered lid on a medium flame for around 5 minutes.

    Add chopped Onions,Green Peas and Green Chilies now.Saute the mixture for another 2 minutes.
    Add all Dry Masalas and Salt now(Coriander,Red Chilli and Turmeric Powder).

    Cook this Mixture for about 2 minutes.Add chopped Tomatoes now,and cook it covered on medium flame for around 5 minutes.

    Once the Tomatoes are well cooked,add left over Rotis pieces to the pan.
    Stir this mixture properly and cook for another 2 minutes on medium flame with a covered lid.

  5. 5

    Switch off the flame. Roti ka Poha is Ready now. Pour some fresh Lemon Juice on it.Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves.
    Serve the Dish Hot with Ginger Tea.
