Roti (Chapati) Poha
Steps

Heat Oil in a pan.Add mustard and cumin Seeds to it.
Once mustard seeds starts crackling, add chopped Potatoes to it and cook it with a covered lid on a medium flame for around 5 minutes. - 2
Add chopped Onions,Green Peas and Green Chilies now.Saute the mixture for another 2 minutes.
Add all Dry Masalas and Salt now(Coriander,Red Chilli and Turmeric Powder). - 3
Cook this Mixture for about 2 minutes.Add chopped Tomatoes now,and cook it covered on medium flame for around 5 minutes.

Once the Tomatoes are well cooked,add left over Rotis pieces to the pan.
Stir this mixture properly and cook for another 2 minutes on medium flame with a covered lid. - 5
Switch off the flame. Roti ka Poha is Ready now. Pour some fresh Lemon Juice on it.Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Serve the Dish Hot with Ginger Tea.
