  • 150 gramChhote aloo
  • 100 gramChhote onion
  • 2 tablespoonBesan
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 1/2 tspLal Mirch powder
  • 1 tspDhaniya jeera powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGarlic /ginger paste
  • 1/2 tspCoriander chopped
  • 1 spoonPeanut crushed
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspJeera
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Bengan /baby potato/baby onion ko chhile and bich me se cut karle

  2. 2

    Sari sabji ko pani me dalke rakhe

  3. 3

    Ek nonstick pan me tablespoon oil me besan ko halka sa roast karein.

  4. 4

    Roasted besan me sare masale add karein

  5. 5

    Sugar and peanut crushed b add karein

  6. 6

    Garam masala or coriander b milale

  7. 7

    Little oil b add karein and well mix.

  8. 8

    Masale ko sabi ke bitch me stuff karle

  9. 9

    Now nonstick pan me oil le hot karein

  10. 10

    Rai jira add karein crackle hone de then gng paste add karein

  11. 11

    Saute karein and then stuff ki sabi add karein

  12. 12

    Lil water add karein and sabzi ko medium flame par cook hone de

  13. 13

    Sabzi ko roti paratha ya rice or khichdi ke sath enjoy karein.

  14. 14

    So ready to serve our besani Bengan masala sabzi.
