Wash 3 karelas with water and pat dry with kitchen napkin.Grate the outer skins of Karela with peeler.

Mix karela skins, chopped fresh kothmari,wheat & jowar flours,oil, turmeric powder red chilli powder,salt,sugar,white&black sesame seeds,lemon juice..mix well.

Bind with water into puri like dough.

Make equal flat portions from prepared dough

Roll out medium size semi thick rotis..and cut into 1/2" pieces.

Deep-fry into hot oil on medium flame till golden brown and crispy.

Store in Airtight container.Serve and Relish - this tea-time snacks.
