  1. 4black pudding slices
  2. 100 ggoats cheese
  3. 4large beetroots
  4. 1pepper
  5. 2large tomatoes
  6. Lambs leaf lettuce
  7. Oil and balsamic vinaigrette
  8. 1 tspmix herbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Thinly slice the beats, tomato and peppers. Mix with balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and herbs

  2. 2

    Dress the salad base

    Pan sear the black pudding for 3 mins each side.
