Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 6large pointed gourd
  2. 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  3. 2-3green chillies chopped
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. To tastesalt and sugar
  6. As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Scrape and slit the parwal at the end

  2. 2

    Heat oil and saute the gourd

  3. 3

    Cover till moisture dries up

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix

  5. 5

    Finally add poppy seeds paste, sugar and green chillies

  6. 6

    Mix well and serve
