Soaked both dal for 7-8 hours,

Drain the water and add in a grinder and grind it.

Mix it well with hand this dal paste.

Heat oil in a wok add dal pakoda and deep fry till golden in colour.

Dip in water for 1/2 hours.

Now place vada in a serving plate add curd,spread tamarind chutney sprinkle chat masala,jeera powder salt and black salt,
