Steps

Put flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.

Add in blueband and mix well. Then add in eggs. Mix and add in warm water when kneading.

Knead until it comes together. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Then roll on a flat surface. Then using different shapes cut out the mandazi.

Heat oil and when hot, fry the mandazi until golden brown.

Dry in the oil using paper towels and serve.
